Role overview
Aircall is hiring an Account Executive for its Berlin office to work on the DACH market. The role centers on engaging qualified strategic prospects, running product demonstrations, supporting technical discussions, guiding proof-of-concept stages, and negotiating contracts. Key responsibilities
- Handle SMB prospects from qualified lead stage through to deal closure.
- Build pipeline and generate new business using outbound sales methods.
- Clearly present the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
- Lead prospects through complex sales cycles and build interest across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development Representatives to uncover opportunities within the pipeline.
- Forecast monthly revenue, work toward quota attainment, and contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate profile
The right candidate is fluent in German and has strong professional English skills. A background of 2 to 5 years in sales is required.
