What You’ll Do

This role is suited to sales professionals with experience in SaaS, marketing, full-cycle selling, or other hunter-style roles that rely on proactive outreach. New Account Executives go through a structured training program before moving quickly into field sales, where they meet owners and close business.

The position also includes a clear growth path, with opportunities to move into management, training, and other internal openings as they become available.

  • Manage the entire sales process from first outreach through final close.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team, which takes on most of the post-sale responsibilities.
  • Build new business by selling to independently owned bars and restaurants through a consultative approach.
  • Conduct in-person visits with owners, present the platform and its offerings, and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Schedule and complete about 1 to 4 face-to-face meetings per day at restaurant or bar locations.
  • Handle a territory of approximately a 45- to 1-hour radius, depending on the territory assignment and subject to change.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected first-year on-target earnings are $100,000 to $125,000, with a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000.
  • By the second year, many Account Executives earn in the $150,000 to $200,000+ range.
  • Performance-based equity opportunities are available.
  • A monthly $300 stipend is provided for operational expenses.
  • Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance are included.
  • 401(k) retirement benefits are offered.
  • Unlimited time off is available for reps who consistently meet quota.
  • Sales representatives receive a monthly allowance to spend at local restaurants so they can better understand the service industry and their market.
  • Account Executives also receive $500 per month.

Additional Information

The role is based in the California territory and involves field-based, in-person selling. Applicants should be comfortable working in a hands-on sales environment with frequent travel within their assigned area.
