About the Role
Transway Transport Inc., based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, is seeking skilled accounting professionals to join their expanding team at the Nihal Singh Wala office in Moga, Punjab. This full-time position requires working from the office with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Handling intercompany accounting transactions.
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements regularly.
- Performing month-end closing activities and preparing financial reports.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience specific to Canada.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping and payroll systems.
- Preferred experience in the logistics or transportation sector.
