About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Paid Social team based in Manchester, with hybrid work arrangements requiring office presence three days per week. This role suits someone with extensive experience in paid social advertising who desires more ownership, increased client interaction, and the ability to shape campaign strategies for a diverse range of brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing paid social media strategies that align with client goals.
- Managing campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
- Analyzing performance metrics and audience data to optimize campaigns and enhance efficiency.
- Overseeing client relationships and serving as a primary advisor for strategic paid social initiatives.
- Presenting campaign results, insights, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
- Exploring new testing approaches, platform updates, and growth strategies.
- Coordinating with other digital teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their strategic and technical skills.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on expertise in managing paid social advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record handling multiple campaigns and client portfolios simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to clients and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Experience in mentoring or managing junior colleagues.
- Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- A commercially driven, proactive, and passionate digital marketing professional.
