About the Team

The Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) division at OpenAI facilitates adoption and expansion of our AI platform—including ChatGPT Enterprise and APIs—across major global enterprises. We collaborate with domains like Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail to develop AI-driven customer experiences, revolutionize processes, and transform workflows in highly regulated and technically complex industries. The GTM team converts early stage pilots and experiments into large-scale enterprise deployments.

Role Overview

This position provides a foundational springboard to advance into enterprise sales roles. It offers immersive exposure to enterprise sales, customer strategy, and product engagement. You will hone essential capabilities such as discovery, stakeholder analysis, deal crafting, and executive communication, while gaining insight into AI adoption by prominent companies.

Applicants should have between four to six or more years of professional experience and be eager to evolve as world-class enterprise sellers. Career growth can lead to roles like Account Director or broader GTM leadership, contingent on performance and organizational needs, rather than predetermined timelines.

This role enables you to identify, shape, and drive forward complex enterprise deals by leveraging product engagement, pilot programs, and demand pipelines for large enterprise and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Directors on strategic account planning, multi-threaded engagement, and advancing deals.
• Create and implement precise outbound strategies using industry insights, stakeholder mapping, and product signals to penetrate target accounts.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes to uncover clients’ business objectives, identify stakeholders, and evaluate enterprise readiness.
• Participate in pipeline reviews by discussing outbound activities, account intelligence, and early competitive insights.
• Develop and refine AI-powered GTM workflows, including GPTs and Agents, to optimize prospecting and qualification efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent business-level Korean language proficiency is essential.
• A minimum of four years’ relevant experience in enterprise sales or strategic client-facing roles within finance or consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in enterprise or strategic sales settings.
• Experience engaging heavily regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail.
• Excellent communication abilities and executive presence, capable of establishing credibility with senior C-suite and technical decision-makers.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI technologies, with the aptitude to align OpenAI’s offerings to tangible customer value and business outcomes.
• Passion for advocating new technologies and educating the market on their possibilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous scenarios, demonstrating agility, and exercising high ownership.
