Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily internal communications across the Enterprise & Growth portfolio focusing on product updates, partnerships, leadership messages, and organizational news.
- Plan and execute internal events such as company-wide All Hands meetings, managerial gatherings, Q&A sessions, leadership Ask Me Anythings (AMAs), employee engagement initiatives, and launch-related celebrations for executives and teams they support.
- Coordinate logistics and execution for company-wide customer storytelling initiatives, sharing customer insights, success narratives, and impacts with employees.
- Oversee high-traffic Slack channels and monitor employee feedback within supported teams to detect emerging queries, information shortfalls, and ways to improve understanding or connection.
- Manage intake processes and maintain a comprehensive calendar tracking key dates, milestones, dependencies, target audiences, and review schedules.
- Contribute flexibly to broader Internal Communications strategies and projects as needed, demonstrating curiosity and strong follow-through.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or related areas.
- Proven track record supporting internal events, team meetings, All Hands, or employee engagement activities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, including experience managing deadlines, dependencies, logistics, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Excellent judgment and discretion, particularly when dealing with sensitive or confidential information across technical, customer-facing, and business domains.
- Collaborative mindset, adept at building trust, anticipating communication needs, and maintaining alignment among cross-functional teams.
