About the Role

Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm operating in 15 countries, offering competitive pay, great benefits, and a dynamic, collaborative work atmosphere. We are looking for an Account Administration Specialist to join our team at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters. This position demands someone who excels in a busy, deadline-driven setting and possesses strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate dedication, initiative, adaptability, and effective communication to work across teams delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain employee accounts in Active Directory and ADERANT systems, managing account modifications, deactivations, and deletions.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra (Azure) cloud accounts, including group management.
  • Oversee user accounts in external platforms such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, ZOOM, among others.
  • Manage firm-wide distribution lists on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Track and update all requests through the Ivanti ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with the Office of Firm Counsel for approvals on issues requiring authorization and maintain records within the SQL database.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and IT teams concerning service requests.
  • Provide Tier I and rotational on-call support to the Account Administration Team.
  • Assist with training new Helpdesk and Account Administration staff.
  • Offer advanced support to HR and the Office of Firm Counsel.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to the Account Administration processes.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for firm-wide technology initiatives and manage small projects as assigned.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
  • Review communications related to new policies, procedures, systems changes, or outages.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and GT's policies regarding account access and procedures.
  • Experience with helpdesk and call center operations.
  • Strong client service orientation with attention to detail, capable of resolving escalations by asking insightful questions.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Competent in documenting technical procedures and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Ivanti ticketing system or equivalents, SQL management, and scripting using PowerShell.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Between three and five years of experience in Active Directory or related fields.
  • Certifications such as MCSA, A+, AZ900 Azure Fundamentals, Security+, and Network+ are highly advantageous.

Additional Information

This position is based on-site at the Riyadh Regional Headquarters and reports to the Account Administration Manager. Flexibility to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation is expected to support operational needs.
