Role overview

This position supports the smooth running of remote accommodation operations and helps create a welcoming, home-like experience for residents and visitors. The role sits within the site administration team and plays a key part in day-to-day service delivery at Western Australia FIFO sites.

Key duties

  • Greet and support visitors and residents arriving at site.
  • Handle resident check-in and check-out activities.
  • Prepare reports for different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate requests related to building maintenance.
  • Run the front desk reception area and manage the kiosk.
  • Carry out standard reception tasks and respond to resident enquiries or requests.

What you need

  • Hands-on administration background in a customer service environment.
  • Prior use of the INX Inflight system is an advantage.
  • Confidence using Excel.
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.

Work pattern

This is an on-site FIFO role on a 14:7 roster, with 11 working hours per day. The schedule consists of two weeks at work followed by one week at home.
