Position Details

Role: Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer
Employment: Full-Time, Office-Based
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

Eligibility

• Graduates, Engineers, or MBA holders are eligible
• Freshers with excellent communication abilities are welcome to apply
• Preference given to candidates with experience in soft skills training, English language teaching, counselling, or front-office roles

Key Responsibilities

• Managing walk-in inquiries and providing counselling to prospective learners
• Scheduling appointments and following up with leads regarding training admissions
• Assisting the sales team through client interactions and fee collection processes
• Participating in internal training to become a certified Soft Skills & Communication Skills Trainer
• Conducting and assisting with training programs after certification

Required Skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Tamil
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and counselling skills
• Readiness to learn, adapt, and perform effectively in a dynamic training environment
• Excellent presentation and coordination capabilities

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly pay ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience
