Job Overview
Writer Business Services Private Limited is recruiting Pre-Sales Executives to join the House of Abhinandan Lodha real estate initiative. This role involves engaging potential clients and supporting the sales team to promote real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Present and describe real estate offerings clearly to generate viable leads.
- Arrange property site visits for the sales team in an organized manner.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or higher educational qualifications.
- Strong communication abilities, with an inclination towards customer engagement.
- Previous experience in customer handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to freshly graduated individuals as well as those with prior work experience.
Compensation
The monthly in-hand salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹32,000.
