Key Responsibilities
- Provide student counseling regarding academic programs and admission criteria.
- Clarify course options and guide through the admission processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication with prospective students.
- Perform timely follow-up on leads and inquiries to enhance engagement.
- Update and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Successfully convert inquiries into actual enrollments.

Candidate Profile
