New Age Edu Serv, an expanding educational consultancy located in Faridabad, seeks an Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting their academic pathways. The position is based in New Delhi and involves direct student interaction to clarify course details and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide student counseling regarding academic programs and admission criteria.
• Clarify course options and guide through the admission processes.
• Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication with prospective students.
• Perform timely follow-up on leads and inquiries to enhance engagement.
• Update and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
• Successfully convert inquiries into actual enrollments.
• Coordinate admission procedures efficiently to ensure smooth processing.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets related to counseling and admissions.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Hindi and English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Effective communication and persuasive skills to influence decision-making.

Additional Information

• Salary range: INR 200000 to 400000 annually.
