- Review, process, and manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims while following federal, state, and company plan rules.
- Create and follow workflow steps for FMLA/ADA cases, assess them against the applicable leave program, and make initial eligibility and claim decisions.
- Complete intake-call eligibility decisions, collect necessary details from the employee or supporting systems, and carry out follow-up actions such as recertification reviews, intermittent claim monitoring, and return-to-work confirmation.
- Maintain accurate system records that reflect leave status and ensure all required diary notes and documentation are up to date.
