As an Enterprise Transformation Graduate, you will be engaged in client projects to develop deliverables, conduct research and analysis, and support client requirements behind the scenes. Enterprise Transformation bridges business and technology, addressing complex challenges and driving impactful change across industries, including process improvement, operational redesign, technology-enabled transformation, and large-scale program delivery.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to tackle intricate business and technology issues, leveraging AI capabilities
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings, interviews, and workshops
  • Conduct research and contribute to projects that effect positive change for clients and their teams
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and embedding transformational initiatives in business and technology domains
  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with client and Deloitte teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • Have had part-time work or volunteer experience involving people interaction, such as customer service or hospitality; public speaking skills are an advantage
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, engineering, science, technology, or related fields, with an interest in leveraging people, process, and technology to solve organisational problems
  • Able to research and analyze data sets to draw meaningful conclusions, identify business challenges, and think critically for problem-solving
  • Strong multitasking ability and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate integrity, self-awareness, respect for differences, and commitment to personal growth
  • Open-minded and adaptable with enthusiasm to apply skills across various business and technology challenges while continuing to learn
