Position Overview

Join illumifin as a per diem Registered Nurse Interviewer conducting client visits at their homes. This role offers flexible on-site assignments where you assess individuals' medical, functional, and cognitive conditions through questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive and health evaluations during client visits.
• Adhere strictly to provided assessment protocols, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain timely communication with the company about case status and appointment scheduling.
• Submit completed assessments within 24 hours following appointments.
• Promptly address any queries or clarifications regarding submitted assessments.
• Utilize electronic tools such as cell phones, tablets, iPads, or laptops to perform assessments after E-Assessments training.

Work Flexibility & Conditions

• Schedule visits any day of the week, mornings through evenings, accommodating both client and nurse availability.
• Operate within a 75-mile radius, selecting workloads based on personal availability and case volume.
• Supplement your income by working as much or as little as desired, even alongside other employment.
• No tasks involving blood draws or specimen collections.
