Unique Marketing is seeking a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator based in Jalandhar, Punjab. This role encompasses handling customer communication, data entry, and various routine computer-based tasks essential to office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and receive customer calls, relaying accurate information.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Accurately perform data entry and update customer records.
• Organize customer data, documents, and ordinary office records systematically.
• Generate and keep updated reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and other fundamental computer communications.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily business and customer demands.
• Ensure systematic documentation of calls and follow-up details.
• Undertake additional office and computer duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and general computer usage.
• Comfortable engaging in telephonic conversations with customers.
• Proficient typing skills and accurate data entry capability.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
