Job Overview
Unique Marketing is seeking a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator based in Jalandhar, Punjab. This role encompasses handling customer communication, data entry, and various routine computer-based tasks essential to office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and receive customer calls, relaying accurate information.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Accurately perform data entry and update customer records.
- Organize customer data, documents, and ordinary office records systematically.
- Generate and keep updated reports and Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and other fundamental computer communications.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily business and customer demands.
- Ensure systematic documentation of calls and follow-up details.
- Undertake additional office and computer duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication abilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and general computer usage.
- Comfortable engaging in telephonic conversations with customers.
- Proficient typing skills and accurate data entry capability.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
