Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Collection Telecallers to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to follow up on overdue EMI and loan payments, requiring strong communication and negotiation capabilities in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to customers regarding their pending EMI or loan payments.
- Clearly articulate outstanding loan amounts and explain payment details.
- Consistently follow up to encourage timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment status.
- Work toward achieving assigned payment collection targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree such as B.Tech, MBA, or Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to thrive under work pressure and manage challenging customer interactions.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹23,000 depending on skills and experience.
