Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all serviceware—including chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils—is thoroughly cleaned and polished.
• Keep pots, pans, and kitchen equipment spotless and well-maintained.
• Monitor and organize stock levels of supplies and equipment to support uninterrupted service.
• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene by completing routine cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and waste disposal.
• Assist in banquet and event setups by providing clean serviceware and preparing necessary items.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, managing hazardous substances safely and following all hygiene protocols.
• Report any safety issues or maintenance problems promptly to supervisors to ensure a safe working environment.
• Guide and support new team members by sharing best practices and training to elevate overall team performance.
