Job description
Role Overview
We are searching for a dependable and diligent Site Supervisor to become a pivotal member of our team. This multifaceted position entails a broad scope of duties such as cleaning, maintenance of school buildings and grounds, performing miscellaneous tasks, and managing our small cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed supervisor will oversee day-to-day site upkeep and ensure cleanliness standards are met, coordinate and supervise the cleaning staff, and carry out various maintenance and repair jobs. Occasionally, the role may also require managing after-hours facility lettings, with additional compensation provided for these duties.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess strong relationship-building skills, a proactive attitude with readiness to take on diverse tasks, and a commitment to ongoing training to enhance their role effectiveness. Above all, safeguarding and protecting children is paramount, and candidates must uphold a culture where children are encouraged never to keep adult secrets.
Additional Information
This position is offered on a pro rata basis with split shift working hours, which can be arranged flexibly. Prospective candidates are encouraged to visit the school to learn more about the environment prior to application.
