About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced Level 2 Onsite Support Engineer to work full-time onsite at Dublin 12. This role supports a new state-of-the-art hospital, providing vital hands-on technical assistance to clinical staff and end users during the site's launch and ongoing operations. The position is with a reputed Managed Service Provider focused on infrastructure, networking, and security technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer deskside technical support for various hardware devices such as laptops, desktop PCs, printers, handheld units, and monitors
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Office 365 platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft cloud services
- Perform Active Directory management including user account creation, modification, and permission settings
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with users and stakeholders
- Operate efficiently in a high-demand and fast-moving environment, ensuring quick resolution of support tickets and escalated issues
Requirements and Experience
- Applicants must reside in or be able to commute to Dublin 12
- Proven track record as a Level 2 Support Engineer with face-to-face IT support experience in a busy environment
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft technologies
- Practical expertise managing Active Directory
- Strong communication skills combined with a customer-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Epic or other Electronic Health Record systems
- Previous support experience in healthcare or clinical settings is advantageous

- Contract Role: 12-month duration with potential for extension
- Work Location: Onsite at Dublin 12, Ireland, 5 days per week
- Daily Rate: €265
