Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and share volume and revenue reports organized by brand, channel, and SKU.
  • Track S&D KPIs and perform benchmarking activities.
  • Build sales and contribution analyses by customer and by channel.
  • Report off-invoice discount levels, percentages, and their impact on sales growth.
  • Oversee merchandising activities and ensure awards are maintained and monitored correctly.
  • Carry out what-if analyses that account for constraints and support contribution maximization.
  • Analyze contribution by SKU across all products, prepare monthly exception reports, and review sales trends as needed.
  • Receive and distribute the daily SDV report.
  • Prepare the final monthly SDV reconciliation.
  • Review monthly SDV performance by SKU and explain variances against the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Analyze expiry data by customer and track related trends.
  • Compare planned, forecast, and outlook figures with actual performance.
  • Prepare additional ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Provide SAP back-office support.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account development.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using computers and email for communication.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation capability.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Understanding of sales planning.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
