What you will do
- Compile and distribute volume and revenue dashboards by brand, channel, and SKU.
- Track and review sales and distribution KPIs, along with benchmarking data.
- Build sales and contribution analyses by customer and by channel.
- Report off-invoice discount levels together with related sales growth figures.
- Monitor merchandising activity and ensure awards and follow-ups are handled accurately.
- Run scenario-based analyses that account for limiting factors and help improve contribution.
- Review SKU-level contribution across all products and produce monthly exception and sales trend reports.
- Collect, route, and monitor daily SDV reports.
- Prepare the final monthly SDV reconciliation.
- Analyze monthly SDV movements by SKU and explain variances versus the Annual Operating Plan.
- Study customer expiry data and identify trends.
- Compare planned, forecast, and outlook numbers with actual results.
- Prepare additional reports as needed.
- Provide SAP back-office support.
Requirements
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good computer literacy and email communication skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation capability and conflict handling skills.
- Working knowledge of sales planning.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
