About the Role
This position is for an experienced SAP FICO architect who can lead large-scale finance transformation work, including implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support for global clients. The role sits at the intersection of finance process design, solution architecture, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO programs, covering implementation, rollout, and support activities across international client engagements.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into workable solution designs, and ensure the finance processes are properly aligned.
- Shape the solution architecture and coordinate integration with related SAP areas such as MM, SD, and PP while keeping compliance and process standards in view.
- Track project execution, manage timelines, and guide team performance to maintain delivery quality.
- Advise on finance transformation initiatives, including programs involving S/4HANA migration.
Candidate Profile
- Overall SAP FICO experience of 8 to 16 years, with strong command over GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Solid knowledge of finance operations, statutory compliance, and how FICO connects with other SAP modules.
- Practical exposure to S/4HANA Finance is an advantage, especially Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle client discussions, and deliver complex SAP engagements.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, issue-solving, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
