Role overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead large-scale finance transformation work for global clients. The position is based in Pune and requires an immediate joiner.
Key responsibilities
- Steer complete SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support engagements for international customers.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to understand needs, shape the solution, and align it with finance operations.
- Own the solution design and architecture, including integrations with other SAP areas such as MM, SD, and PP, while keeping the solution aligned with relevant standards and controls.
- Oversee delivery plans, schedules, and team output to ensure milestones are met with strong quality.
- Advise on finance transformation programs, including S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Candidate profile
- Brings 8 to 16 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with strong command over GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Has a solid grasp of finance processes, statutory compliance, and cross-module SAP integrations.
- Has practical exposure to S/4HANA Finance, with knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance considered an advantage.
- Has demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, handling client discussions, and delivering complex SAP programs.
- Communicates clearly and is strong in problem solving and stakeholder coordination.
