Overview

This full-time role is dedicated to managing construction sites with a focus on corrosion protection solutions across Germany. The position offers a four-day workweek and requires readiness to start immediately. It provides the opportunity to lead teams, ensure technical standards, and uphold quality and safety regulations within various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the workforce onsite to ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to team members.
Participate in project meetings to discuss construction progress and maintain detailed documentation.
Monitor quality standards and consistently enforce workplace health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

Completed technical or trade training, or further qualifications such as certified foreman, master craftsman, or technician.
Experience or willingness to quickly acquire knowledge in the field of corrosion protection systems (KKS).
Flexibility for travel across regions within Germany.
Proven ability to lead construction sites, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain team cohesion.
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and thrives within team settings, demonstrating engagement and autonomy.
Good command of German language, both written and spoken.
