Overview
This full-time role is dedicated to managing construction sites with a focus on corrosion protection solutions across Germany. The position offers a four-day workweek and requires readiness to start immediately. It provides the opportunity to lead teams, ensure technical standards, and uphold quality and safety regulations within various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the workforce onsite to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to team members.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss construction progress and maintain detailed documentation.
- Monitor quality standards and consistently enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical or trade training, or further qualifications such as certified foreman, master craftsman, or technician.
- Experience or willingness to quickly acquire knowledge in the field of corrosion protection systems (KKS).
- Flexibility for travel across regions within Germany.
- Proven ability to lead construction sites, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain team cohesion.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and thrives within team settings, demonstrating engagement and autonomy.
- Good command of German language, both written and spoken.
