This full-time role is dedicated to managing construction sites with a focus on corrosion protection solutions across Germany. The position offers a four-day workweek and requires readiness to start immediately. It provides the opportunity to lead teams, ensure technical standards, and uphold quality and safety regulations within various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the workforce onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to team members.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss construction progress and maintain detailed documentation.
• Monitor quality standards and consistently enforce workplace health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical or trade training, or further qualifications such as certified foreman, master craftsman, or technician.
• Experience or willingness to quickly acquire knowledge in the field of corrosion protection systems (KKS).
• Flexibility for travel across regions within Germany.
• Proven ability to lead construction sites, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain team cohesion.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and thrives within team settings, demonstrating engagement and autonomy.
• Good command of German language, both written and spoken.
