Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and sustain efficient process flows within assigned workstreams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with your Team Leader and collaborate in teams ('swarming') to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Guarantee that procedures are completed without interruption, strictly following set guidelines and standards.
- Lead operational excellence by ensuring timely completion of routines, maintaining food safety and production standards, particularly for fresh items.
- Manage visual merchandising by directing product presentation to maintain high-quality displays, proper facings, efficient promotions, markdowns, and removal of expired items.
- Guide and develop your team through on-the-job training, coaching, and fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
- Address and escalate any process-related issues promptly to management while conducting regular checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assume leadership roles such as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and participate in initiatives that promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in process excellence combined with a commitment to continual learning and development.
- Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
- Proven skills in team leadership, including task delegation, progress monitoring, motivation, and providing constructive feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the role and excellent communication abilities to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations.
- Behaviors and actions aligned closely with company values.
- Availability to work four weekend shifts monthly and at least one evening shift per week, as per roster.
Working Hours & Roster
- Monday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
