Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and sustain efficient process flows within assigned workstreams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with your Team Leader and collaborate in teams ('swarming') to maximize operational effectiveness.

  • Lead operational excellence by ensuring timely completion of routines, maintaining food safety and production standards, particularly for fresh items.

  • Guide and develop your team through on-the-job training, coaching, and fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Address and escalate any process-related issues promptly to management while conducting regular checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assume leadership roles such as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and participate in initiatives that promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
