About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions.
- Provide 1st-level support by addressing incidents and service requests received through phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employees' workstations and install new hardware and software components as needed.
- Assist staff in efficient use of applications during daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in ongoing enhancements to our IT environment.
- Manage smaller projects related to the service desk such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a related technical qualification supplemented by further IT education.
- Strong dedication to service excellence and passion for outstanding customer support.
- Fluent proficiency in German and English both spoken and written.
