Key Responsibilities
- Act as a multiplier for the CEO by managing special projects, aiding in fundraising efforts, recruitment, and preparing materials for board meetings.
- Design and oversee complex clinical billing operations, including Medicare enrollment, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and establishment of SOC 2 compliant workflows.
- Develop a robust reporting infrastructure to monitor outcomes and facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- An adaptable, generalist operator with experience structuring complex and ambiguous operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with clinical billing, particularly within Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance claims, and provider credentialing.

Additional Information
