About the Role
H&S Real Estate in Dubai is looking for a highly skilled, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. This is a full-time position with company-sponsored visa and a salary of AED 6000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.
- Organize travel details including itineraries, accommodation bookings, visa arrangements, and transportation.
- Handle sensitive correspondence, reports, and important documentation with discretion.
- Liaise effectively between internal departments and external parties.
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes accurately.
- Ensure seamless daily administrative and operational support.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, business gatherings, and company functions.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality concerning company and executive information.
- Provide support to directors on special projects and various administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Professional and discreet conduct with a strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
