Role overview
This position is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, resolving issues early, and turning service interactions into positive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions across phone, email, and chat.
- Respond clearly and accurately to questions related to products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are addressed effectively.
- Maintain records and complete data entry across different platforms.
Experience and qualifications
- Applicants should bring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong telephone manners and excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication are required.
- The role calls for the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize work efficiently.

This is a contract position based onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
