About the Role
Located in Mira Road, Mumbai, this role calls for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the HR team. The position requires a candidate with proven recruitment expertise and consistent employment history, ideally with a minimum of three uninterrupted years at one organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for both academic and administrative roles.
- Recruit a broad range of personnel, including Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, School Teachers, Administrative Staff, and Leadership roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
- Organize and facilitate interview schedules involving department heads and senior management.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of talent to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout recruitment.
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics regularly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess between 4 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, or management institutes.
- Demonstrate a minimum of three years of continuous service in a single organization indicating reliability and dedication.
- Strong passion for talent acquisition and fostering high-performing academic teams.
- Experience recruiting for education-related roles: Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, School Teachers, and leadership positions.
- Skilled in interviewing techniques, managing stakeholders, and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiar with various job portals and social recruiting methods.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and target-oriented working environment.
Preferred Experience
- Background in recruitment specifically for management institutes, universities, or similar academic entities.
- Established networking connections within the academic community.
