Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue goals and defined objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Increase market share and enhance client asset values over time.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on a comprehensive range of investment products and services.
- Engage actively in new business development by identifying and leveraging market opportunities.
- Stay informed about existing and emerging products and services and contribute insights to product development.
- Ensure quality assurance measures are in place to satisfy client service requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and client engagement expertise.
- Hold a university degree from a recognized institution.
- Preferably completed professional certifications such as CACS Papers I and II.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen.
- Proficient in English—able to read, write, and communicate fluently.
