About Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd
Established in 1992, Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd (RMS) has developed a strong reputation in load testing and marine services, delivering quality and excellent customer service within the marine and oil & gas sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable processes including invoice registration and processing, matching invoices with purchase and delivery orders, and handling debit and credit notes.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable functions efficiently.
- Maintain a full and accurate set of accounts with timely updates.
- Prepare and execute payments and disbursements promptly.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of financial records and filing systems.
- Provide support to the finance team by handling additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Competent in managing full sets of accounts accurately.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in accounting software and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.
Working Hours
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
