Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable processes including invoice registration and processing, matching invoices with purchase and delivery orders, and handling debit and credit notes.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions efficiently.
• Maintain a full and accurate set of accounts with timely updates.
• Prepare and execute payments and disbursements promptly.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of financial records and filing systems.
• Provide support to the finance team by handling additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Competent in managing full sets of accounts accurately.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in accounting software and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.

Working Hours

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
