Job Overview
Join Veerwal Getwork Services as a Relationship Manager handling premium Current and Savings Account (CASA) clients. The position requires acquiring new high-value customers through open market prospecting, ensuring seamless onboarding, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire fresh Current Account customers from the open market.
- Generate leads via field sales and networking approaches.
- Cross-promote a wide range of banking products including Trade, Foreign Exchange, Cash Management Services, and Digital Solutions.
- Manage smooth account opening processes adhering to KYC and AML standards.
- Focus on customer activation and promote digital banking adoption.
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and business volume targets.
- Maintain compliant operations in line with bank policies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with SMEs and local enterprises.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation required; MBA preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in banking sales or CASA customer acquisition.
- Background in SME or business banking is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and fluency in the local language is essential.
Skills & Expertise
Candidates should be familiar with sales and lead generation within the retail banking sector, particularly focusing on CASA products.
