Key Responsibilities
- Operate within designated bank branches to directly engage with customers.
- Identify and generate prospects from bank clientele for health insurance products.
- Promote and sell various health insurance policies effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Branch Managers and bank personnel.
- Lead customer interactions and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Encourage and execute cross-selling of insurance offerings to existing banking customers.
- Manage all paperwork processes and oversee policy issuance accurately.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.
