About the Role
Suzie Koide Real Estate is expanding and seeks a dependable and meticulous Real Estate Administrative Assistant to handle daily administrative and coordination duties within a dynamic real estate setting. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and capable of working autonomously while supporting a fast-paced team.
The role initially starts as part-time, with prospects to advance to full-time depending on performance and business requirements. No prior experience in real estate is necessary as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client files, documents, and internal databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conducting follow-ups
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Support data entry, document handling, and organizing files
- Coordinate activities among team members and various departments
- Ensure precision and thoroughness in all tasks assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency with computers including email, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Capability to operate independently within a remote work setting
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Eagerness to learn and adhere to structured procedures
Compensation and Schedule
- Begins as part-time, with potential to shift to full-time

- Hourly pay ranging from 25 to 29 dollars
