Role Overview
The Quality Analyst Team Lead will spearhead a group of quality analysts to ensure the delivery of top-notch international BPO services. This leadership position demands overseeing team performance, conducting thorough reviews, and mentoring members to elevate their professional capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the Quality Analyst team in maintaining high standards of service quality for international BPO operations.
- Perform frequent performance evaluations, furnish constructive feedback, and support skill development for team members.
- Design and enforce quality control methodologies that align with client specifications and regulatory mandates.
- Work closely with cross-functional units such as operations and training to pinpoint and address process inefficiencies.
Job Specifications
- Possess between 4 to 15 years of professional experience within International Chat Process or related sectors.
- Demonstrate a history of successful leadership as a Team Lead or Manager within a BPO framework.
- Have comprehensive expertise in international BPO operations and compliance requirements.
- Show superior communication capabilities alongside strong leadership and problem-solving aptitude.
