Role overview

The organization is hiring a PRO and Government Relations Officer to support multi-entity operations in Dubai. This position focuses on immigration, labor, residency, licensing, and regulatory coordination across company structures. The group operates across sectors including AI, fintech, healthcare, and related businesses in the MENA region.

What you will handle

  • Manage work permits, labor contracts, visa status updates, Emirates ID processing, medical tests, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations, and the resolution of rejected cases, while keeping labor, immigration, and residency records active.
  • Work across MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, Amer, ICP, and related channels to complete labor and residency procedures.
  • Oversee company setup and licensing tasks such as initial approvals, trade name reservations, MOA preparation, license issuance and renewals, amendments, and branch establishment.
  • Coordinate with government departments, regulators, DET, and free zone authorities to close inspections, settle fines, and maintain compliance.
  • Assess whether mainland or free zone routes are more suitable, then prepare required document lists and quotations accordingly.
  • Collect applicable fees, coordinate with authorities, and keep clients and internal teams informed through every stage of the process.
  • Maintain detailed trackers and master records covering submissions, receipts, and outputs so reporting remains accurate and audit-ready across all group entities.

Requirements

  • Arabic fluency is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a PRO or government relations position, specifically handling MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA transactions.
  • Prior exposure to business setup or corporate services environments is preferred.
  • Practical experience using MOHRE/Tas’heel, ICP Smart Services, and GDRFA/Amer portals is necessary.
  • Strong familiarity with DET, Invest in Dubai, or free zone licensing workflows is expected.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel between service centers such as Amer, Tas’heel, and medical fitness facilities is required.
