The group operates across sectors including AI, fintech, healthcare, and related businesses in the MENA region.

What you will handle

  • Work across MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, Amer, ICP, and related channels to complete labor and residency procedures.
  • Oversee company setup and licensing tasks such as initial approvals, trade name reservations, MOA preparation, license issuance and renewals, amendments, and branch establishment.
  • Coordinate with government departments, regulators, DET, and free zone authorities to close inspections, settle fines, and maintain compliance.
  • Assess whether mainland or free zone routes are more suitable, then prepare required document lists and quotations accordingly.
  • Collect applicable fees, coordinate with authorities, and keep clients and internal teams informed through every stage of the process.
  • Maintain detailed trackers and master records covering submissions, receipts, and outputs so reporting remains accurate and audit-ready across all group entities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a PRO or government relations position, specifically handling MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA transactions.
  • Prior exposure to business setup or corporate services environments is preferred.
  • Practical experience using MOHRE/Tas’heel, ICP Smart Services, and GDRFA/Amer portals is necessary.
  • Strong familiarity with DET, Invest in Dubai, or free zone licensing workflows is expected.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel between service centers such as Amer, Tas’heel, and medical fitness facilities is required.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary is all-inclusive and depends on experience and qualifications.
  • Competitive commission is offered.
  • Petrol allowance is included.
  • An annual airline ticket is provided.
  • Additional benefits will be in line with UAE labor law.
