The hiring organization is an established industrial manufacturing business based in Abu Dhabi. It specializes in engineered fastening solutions and serves industrial sectors across the Middle East.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Public Relations Officer position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on managing government-related documentation, employee immigration and labor processes, and company licensing matters to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Submit, track, and renew applications through Abu Dhabi government platforms such as TAMM, ICP, and MOHRE.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of staff visas, work permits, and company license renewals to maintain legal compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities, including attending meetings and coordinating inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate employee records, visa tracking systems, and status reports covering processing progress and associated costs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE experience, ideally gained in Abu Dhabi.
- Hands-on familiarity with Abu Dhabi government portals and related online systems.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, in spoken and written form.
