About the Role
This position focuses on overseeing various stages of footwear manufacturing, including fabrication, EVA, and PVC processes. The Process Officer will be responsible for managing production planning, ensuring balanced workflow, maintaining product quality, and continuous process enhancement. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities across cutting, stitching, lasting, moulding, finishing, and packaging departments.
- Ensure daily production targets align with set delivery timelines.
- Monitor product standards and promptly implement necessary quality correction measures.
- Generate production reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate process controls among various departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of fabrication, EVA, and PVC footwear production.
- Strong skills in production planning and line balancing techniques.
- Competence in quality control and continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel features such as pivot tables and dashboards.
Preferred Skills
- Database maintenance expertise.
- Data analysis capability.
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
Additional Information
Location options include Agra and Delhi. The role requires a graduate degree but is open to any discipline.
