Facility Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Facility Officer to become part of our Supply Chain team. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by overseeing company buildings, utilities, and infrastructure. The Facility Officer ensures operational continuity while adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Manage and maintain company facilities, ensuring optimal functionality of infrastructure and utilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth facility operations.
• Implement maintenance plans and resolve facility-related issues proactively.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Participate in budgeting and cost management activities related to facility operations.
• Apply sustainability principles and energy management practices to enhance facility efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of facility systems including building infrastructures and utilities.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and maintenance planning abilities.
• Show strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
• Effectively handle pressure and multitask to meet operational demands.

Additional Information

Candidates with an understanding of budgeting for facilities and commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency are preferred.
