About the Role
This Quality Control Officer position at HelloFresh is crucial to delivering superior meal kit quality to customers. Located at the Jandakot distribution centre in Perth, you will assist the QC Lead in upholding food safety standards and ensuring smooth assembly line operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality assurance and ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
- Lead and support the QC team during shifts, managing daily activities.
- Assist with supplier coordination, oversee stock rejections, and manage inventory processes.
- Investigate, document, and report deviations from quality standards.
- Supervise pest control and cleaning contractors to guarantee compliance with regulations.
- Identify and promote improvements to the Quality Management System proactively.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years' experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP in food manufacturing settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Effective leadership and communication skills with a mentoring approach.

Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Jandakot, Perth, with on-site parking available. The role requires right-to-work eligibility for full-time employment in Australia.
