Role Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Stranger Soccer brand in Wellington.
• Recruit, train, and lead a small local team of 2-3 members, aided by Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure appropriate venues for football matches and organize regular game sessions.
• Drive player acquisition and engagement through digital marketing and local outreach.
• Manage game day operations while ensuring an excellent experience for players.
• Maintain close collaboration with Stranger Soccer headquarters, leveraging their operations and technology support.

• Deep enthusiasm for football with strong connections in the local football community.
• Previous experience in roles related to management, operations, sales, or customer service.
