About the Role
Are you passionate about football and keen on building a business? Stranger Soccer is growing globally and is seeking a License Owner to launch and manage its operations in Jeddah. This position offers a unique entrepreneurial opportunity rather than a typical management role. It is suited for someone eager to own and operate their football-related business in the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the Stranger Soccer brand presence and operations in Jeddah.
- Recruit, train, and lead a small core team of 2-3 employees along with a group of freelance game hosts to initiate activities.
- Locate and negotiate prime football venue bookings for hosting Stranger Soccer games.
- Implement creative sales and marketing strategies both digitally and in person to attract players to the platform.
- Manage game schedules ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat participation.
- Leverage support and guidance from the Singapore headquarters' operations and technology teams.

- Strong passion for football with solid ties to the local football community.
- Background in business, preferably with experience in management and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale a brand.
